A California native, but having lived a total of 15+ years in Utah between receiving his undergraduate at Brigham Young University and his doctorate at the University of Utah, he now happily calls Utah his home! Even though he truly misses the temperate California winters, he has developed a real love of skiing and living in the mountains.

He has traveled and researched extensively to find the most effective solutions for injury and pain. Being trained in shockwave therapy, he can now offer a healing option that is much more effective for conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, cellulite, even erectile dysfunction.

He is one of the first practitioners to bring dry needling to Utah, having received his training and certification in Texas long before it was available in Utah. Dry needling provides relief from muscle tension and tightness within minutes and is very effective for overuse injuries and many other conditions as well.

He has also worked with incredibly skilled mentors who taught him highly effective Manual Therapy techniques that provide rapid results.

AJ’s dedicated to finding the most successful, revolutionary and effective treatments for his patients. He has treated collegiate and professional athletes to perform at the top of their level, olympic hopefuls, marathoners, weightlifters and weekend warriors. AJ has been able to help tens of thousands of people both in person and through online programs to take back their lives and do what they love without pain.
